South Carolina USA NKF Tournament Results
Over 350 Athletes from across the East - Coast were present to qualify for the National Championships. The South Carolina Open had incredible talent. This was by far the most intense qualifying event of the year. Team Intense once again exceeded Shihan's expectations.
I am so proud of all of Team Intense. Your hard work has produced incredible results. 16 Athletes, 25 Gold Medals, 5 Silver, 2 bronze and 2 fourth place finishes. You have once again exceeded my expectations. I would like to thank all of you for your dedication and hard work. I would also like to thank Coach Maloney for forcing us to jump higher, do one more squat, and push up one more push press.
A big thanks to David Shockley and Jim Landis, for their running from ring to ring, so we can preserve this weekend via video and pictures. A big thanks to our media department, David Shockley for texting in the results and Cindy Girard for streaming, live results on face-book. She dedicated her day to her phone and Team Intense.
