Text Box: Dojo Etiquette
1. Students must be to class on time.
2. Students must be in a full, clean  Gi. (Gi pants, Gi top or shirt, belt) with patch
3. Students need to learn and recite the school pledge
4. No Shoes beyond the office door.
5. Students should bow when entering and leaving the dojo floor.
6. Students should address instructors with Sensei, Sensei George or Sempai….
7. Parents and visitors, please keep the side lined voices low, so as not to disturb    the class.  Children in the waiting room need to be behaved and supervised.  
8. Student’s should not leave any personal belongings in the Dojo (clothes, bags etc)  Items will be placed in the lost and found for 1 week, then discarded.  
9. Students should not leave garbage, water bottles etc in the dojo.
10.  Student’s need to respect sign up deadlines… (tournaments, demonstrations etc)
11. Students should bring proper equipment to every class, mouth piece and sparring gear for each class.
Reminders
1. The dojo has an open schedule.
2. The dojo will close 2 weeks out of the year. (1 week for Christmas Break and 1 week during the summer)
3. For classes that are only held once or twice a week, make up classes will be offered or your due date will be extended.   
4. Payment is due on the same day each month. Please remit your payment on time.
5. Sensei will notify you of possible testing dates
6. Testing fees are due prior to testing.
7. A bounced check fee of $25 dollars will be imposed for any bounced checks.
8. Payments are to be deposited in the payment box on the shoe rack.
9. Cash payments need to be wrapped in an envelope labeled with name.
10.  At about Green Belt students should be ready to purchase their own sparring equipment.
11. For Kumite, MOUTHPIECES ARE MANDATORY!!! Students will not be able to Spar without a mouthpiece. 
12.  Any weapons a student wants to learn, they must have access to.
