WOW! Is all that can be said about the Sensei Hood Seminar!! The seminar started with great movement drills, then evolved into punching and kicking drills and concluded with multiple take downs.

Congratulations to Gage and Jenna for being awarded the rank of Jr. Shodan (Black Belt). They endured a grueling physical test on route to earning their Jr. Shodan Rank. This test was the culmination of many years of training. Keep it up!!
